We are seeking Casual Support Workers to provide support services across Reablement, Extra Care Schemes, Heatherstones and the Out of Hours service. Work will involve morning, day, evening and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, supporting individuals in their homes or in the community, ensuring dignity, choice and independence, and providing personal care and medication management. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for certain services.
