We are looking to recruit bar staff to work on a casual basis to cover evening, weekends and occasionally day-time shifts on a rota basis, as dictated by the performances taking place at the theatre. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to visitors of the theatre, providing high quality drinks service, general upkeep and cleanliness of the department and playing a key role in safety procedures.
The successful candidates will have excellent customer service, sales and communication skills, be numerate, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. A polite and friendly disposition, and a commitment to high standards with the ability to work unsociable hours, sometimes at short notice is required. Previous experience in a hospitality environment/bar work is desirable.
