Overview

The purpose of the Safeguarding Adults Hub is to protect and promote the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs who may be at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. The team works in collaboration with both internal and external agencies, such as our community teams, quality team, local providers, health services, the police, and voluntary and community organisations.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of administrative support within the Safeguarding Adults Hub, including responding to enquiries from internal and external agencies and liaising with providers via telephone and email.
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events, circulate agenda papers, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are progressed.
- Maintain up-to-date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent keyboard skills and proven minute-taking ability.
- Ability to prioritise own workload while working as part of a busy team.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Flexible working which may include working from home and the office, dependent on business need.
