Calderdale College is seeking to appoint a Personal Development Coordinator. The role will lead and support the planning, delivery, and promotion of enrichment and personal development opportunities across the college. The role is focused on enhancing the learner experience beyond the classroom by developing programmes and activities that build learners' wider skills, confidence, wellbeing, employability, and personal growth.

Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, student services, employers, and external partners, the postholder will help learners develop essential "power skills" including communication, teamwork, leadership, resilience, problem-solving, and professional behaviours. The role will ensure that enrichment and personal development activities are inclusive, engaging, and aligned to the college's strategic priorities and learner outcomes.

The Personal Development Coordinator will encourage high levels of learner participation and engagement, supporting students to become confident, responsible, and career-ready individuals who can positively contribute to their communities and future workplaces.
