Calderdale College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Health & Social Care department and provide a high quality teaching and learning experience that enables students to develop both academically and personally throughout the course.

We require a candidate with a nursing specialism or professional nursing background, bringing relevant industry expertise to support the delivery of outstanding vocational education. The successful candidate will deliver learning programmes for both full‑time and part‑time students and will be expected to achieve high standards in student learning, completion rates and attainment levels.

You will also undertake associated administrative and academic responsibilities, including lesson planning, schemes of work, student tracking, assessment and other course related duties to ensure effective curriculum delivery and accurate course planning.

This role requires someone with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to influence and motivate students, and a determination to achieve excellence in all aspects of the role.
