We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and dynamic Lecturer in CIPD, Business, Leadership & Management to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality learning across a range of accredited and non-accredited programmes from Level 3 to Level 6, serving both Higher Education learners and Employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, assess, and quality assure CIPD programmes, including Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications.
  • Teach across a range of Business, Leadership and Management programmes, including ILM, APM, and bespoke business courses.
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching, learning, and assessment experiences.
  • Tailor skills development packages to meet employer needs and address skills gaps.
  • Lead courses effectively, ensuring high standards and learner success.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching in CIPD and Business disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of employer engagement and the ability to design responsive training solutions.
  • Experience working across both accredited and non-accredited provision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to curriculum development.
  • A teaching qualification and relevant industry experience are highly desirable.
