Salary: £29\’220 – £40\’683 per annum (salary points HS27-38) plus 3k Enhancement

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team based at The Engineering Centre (TEC) a specialist campus based just off the M62 in Brighouse.
Responsibilities Deliver the Motor Vehicle apprenticeship program, including learning in the workshop and classroom.
Conduct reviews and observations in the workplace.
Liaise with employers and the successful candidate will be adaptable and learner focused with a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and high achievement rates.
Turn their hand to different challenges and adopt innovative approaches.
Qualifications Effective interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to influence and motivate students.
Proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and high achievement rates.
Dynamic and innovative with the willingness to take on various challenges.
Experience in delivering apprenticeship or similar training.
Knowledge of safeguarding and support for learners with disabilities.
Additional barred list check may be required if the post falls under the definition of regulated activity.
