The hours for this position will be allocated between two appointed candidates. This is the full-time salary for a 35 hour post. We are looking for a committed and dynamic Engineering Lecturer to join our outstanding team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional education.
In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students across our Level 1, 2, and 3 Engineering Study Programmes. You will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences to both full-time and part-time learners. A strong emphasis will be placed on student achievement, with clear expectations for high standards in teaching, learning, retention, and attainment. Practical experience, particularly in fabrication and welding, is highly beneficial and will enhance your ability to provide real-world context to our learners.
