Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic leadership across all areas of inclusion, ensuring consistency, quality and impact.
  • Leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Embedding inclusive teaching practices through training, coaching and professional development.
  • Ensuring effective EHCP processes, transitions and learner support planning.
  • Using data and insight to drive improvement, measure impact and inform decision-making.
  • Maximising funding to deliver the best possible support for learners.
  • Acting as a champion for inclusion, equality and learner voice across the College.

This is a senior leadership role where you will drive a whole-college approach to inclusion, ensuring that every learner – regardless of need, background or barrier – has equal access to high-quality education and meaningful progression opportunities.
