Calderdale College is seeking an experienced SEND professional to support learners with EHCPs, SEND needs and Additional Learning Support (ALS). As a key point of contact for students, families and curriculum teams, you will help ensure our most vulnerable learners receive high-quality support, make strong progress and experience positive transitions. In this role, you will lead and coordinate EHCP reviews, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, monitor at-risk learners and work closely with external partners to strengthen the local SEND offer. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of SEND provision across the College.
