A strong emphasis will be placed on student achievement, with clear expectations for high standards in teaching, learning, retention, and attainment. Practical experience, particularly in fabrication and welding, is highly beneficial and will enhance your ability to provide real-world context to our learners.

Experience in resource development and an awareness of current developments within the engineering curriculum will be highly valued.
