The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Ward 1D was initially opened as an additional capacity ward during winter pressures. The ward is now remaining open on a permanent basis and we are in need of a hard working, friendly individual to join our brand new team as ward clerk.

You must possess excellent communication skills, and be computer literate. Knowledge of EPR systems would be beneficial and you must be able to embrace new ways of learning.

The successful candidate will have a responsibility to answer the phones, communicate professionally with family members, and work closely with all staff across the multidisciplinary team.

The post holder is responsible for providing all clerical/admin and secretarial support to ward staff, including a good working knowledge of all Trust electronic systems. The post holder is required to deal with queries from patients, visitors and staff.

You must be friendly, and welcoming to all individuals visiting the ward, as you will often be the first person to greet them.

You will have a responsibility to obtain patient feedback through friends and family responses, and be able to feedback results to members of the 1D team.
