Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd (CHS) is undertaking a project to reconfigure the hospital estate and enhance patient services, including constructing 8 new wards and extending A&E at Calderdale Royal Hospital.

Role Overview
- Lead procurement and contract projects related to the reconfiguration programme.
- Collaborate closely with CHS Estates, Laing O'Rourke, and the Reconfiguration Project Director.
- Manage complex, high-value procurements, creating tender and contract documentation.
- Provide commercial support and advice to ensure value for money.
- Develop and implement a 5-year procurement strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Support operational and strategic objectives of the Procurement Team, Trust, and CHS.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting shared responsibility for procurement.
- Lead category management initiatives across divisions.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant legislation and regulations.

- Manage a portfolio of procurement projects, including high-value tasks.
