The Caldecott Foundation is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Residential Care programme in Smeeth, Kent. You will lead and develop a team of Residential Care Workers, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and young people and stepping in during the Registered Manager's absence.
You will oversee care planning, safeguarding, and collaboration with authorities, families and professionals. A Level 3 Diploma and recent supervisory experience are essential for this role.
