Teaching Assistant Level 3 in Girton

This role is ideal for someone with strong classroom experience, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for helping pupils reach their full potential. Working closely with class teachers to plan and deliver tailored support for individuals and small groups, you will be helping to reinforce learning, manage behaviour, and promote pupil engagement.

With your advanced skills and knowledge, you will take responsibility for leading specific interventions, supporting pupils with additional needs, and contributing to assessment and progress tracking. In addition to classroom support, you will cover lessons in the short-term absence of a teacher, demonstrating confidence and initiative in managing the learning environment.

Your ability to build on positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families will be essential in creating a nurturing and inclusive school community.
