Caldecote Primary School is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school.
You will work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support for individuals and small groups, reinforcing learning, managing behaviour and promoting pupil engagement.
You will lead specific interventions, support pupils with additional needs and contribute to assessment and progress tracking, including short-term lesson cover when teachers are absent.
