Caldecote Primary School is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support pupils under the guidance of class teachers. You will assist individuals and small groups, helping pupils understand tasks, build confidence and participate positively in class life.
You will prepare learning resources, observe progress, keep simple records and provide feedback to teachers. A calm, patient approach and teamwork are essential, including supervision during lunchtimes.
