The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

Our Care Club is a thriving provision that provides a place for children to come and play, explore, build on friendships, and enjoy the outdoors during both term time and holiday periods. Our Care Club operates:

  • Breakfast club 7.45 am-8.45 am
  • After school club 3.00 pm-6.00 pm Monday -Thursday & 3.00-5.00 pm on Friday
  • Holiday club 8.30 am-5.30 pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30 am-5.00 pm on Friday

This is term time plus 4 weeks to cover the holidays as well - 42 weeks in total. We are a committed and experienced staff team, who care deeply about the children in our care. We give children who attend a great start and end to their school day, understanding that children have different needs and cater to them. In addition, our popular holiday club provides exciting play opportunities in a safe fun environment.

We are seeking someone who can:

  • Support our Manager and deputise for them in their absence
  • Assist in the day-to-day management duties
  • Actively monitor the health and safety of the Care Club and reduce the risk of accidents
  • Oversee and take responsibility, along with other staff, for following the club’s arrivals and departures procedures

In addition to this the successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working with 4-11-year-olds
  • Be able to facilitate the provision of safe, creative, appropriate play opportunities, allowing the children in our care to explore on their own with unobtrusive adult supervision
  • Take a role in activity planning and preparation and will be required to actively contribute to the development and quality of the setting
