Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide specialised care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or hospice needs
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements
- Manage behaviour effectively through compassionate approaches and behaviour management techniques
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Respond promptly to client needs and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
Skills
- Experience in assisted living, senior care, or home care environments
