Role Details – Lead Football Coach
We are seeking a UEFA C-qualified coach with a proven track record in coaching, developing, and managing players of diverse ages and abilities.
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions.
- Provide direct player development on a 1:1 basis.
- Communicate with parents and coaching staff.
- Mentor junior coaches and contribute to centre development.
The role will directly contribute to the development of players across a range of ages and abilities, working predominantly on a 1:1 basis. You will deliver structured, engaging, and individualised training sessions, following the Calculated Performance Framework. By working consistently with each player, you will build a strong relationship and gain a deep understanding of their individual needs, enabling you to tailor every session to support their long‑term development.
