Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide support to students in the classroom. Your main responsibilities will include: * Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and ensuring students are engaged. * Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) on a one-to-one or group basis. * Helping with classroom management to ensure a positive and productive learning environment. * Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials and resources. * Offering academic and emotional support to students. * Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers. Key Requirements: * Prior experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff. * A passion for education and helping students succeed. * Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary. * A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential
