We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive school in Croydon for an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join their leadership team from September 2026. The Role

  • Lead and manage the school's SEND provision.
  • Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and relevant statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Have previous experience working as a SENCO or within a SEND leadership role.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of current SEND legislation and best practice.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for all learners.
