We are looking for an inspirational teacher who understands how to engage and motivate children and young people who struggle with a range of barriers to learning.
This role is for a creative and flexible teacher who recognises that developing positive relationships, high‑quality teaching and learning, and relevant and exciting curriculum development are key to enabling progress and unlocking student potential.
About You
We are looking for teachers with QTS who are confident to deliver national curriculum subjects, project‑based learning and nationally accredited courses to KS3 and KS4 students.
Teachers must be flexible and collaborative, able to teach more than one subject and/or be open to teaching combined projects, which would be an advantage.
Successful candidates will support the school’s vision, values and ethos and embrace all aspects of our therapeutic school life.
