The Role:
- Carrying out a range of Spa treatments to an extremely high standard
- Supporting the Treatment & Assistant Treatment Manager
- Mentoring Therapists
- Training new starters & existing Therapists in Treatment procedures & products
- Acting as a role model for other therapists
- Assisting with managing the day when required
- Achieving consistently Retail Targets
- Building a regular client base
- Ensuring Treatment Rooms are spotless, clean and hygienic at all times
- Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa
Skills:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Pervious Spa Experience –Essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in daily use of computer
- Self-motivated
- To enjoy working in a team
- Caci trained is an advantage but not essential
- Must have own transport
- Available to work evenings and weekends
