The Role:
- Welcome members and guests and ensure a warm welcome and strong first impressions of Club Calcot.
- Show guests around the Spa for tours of Club facilities.
- Take bookings for Spa treatments, Day Spa packages and Fitness classes.
- Answer the phone and deal with all enquiries and respond to guest emails promptly.
- Take pre-orders for food and beverage, making teas, coffees and smoothies as well as running a daily Spa lunch service.
- Understand the product brands we work with and assist with retail enquiries and purchases.
- Carrying out regular Facility checks.
- Assist guests with bike hiring.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team.
