Are you a Quantity Surveyor interested in working at Heathrow on interesting civils projects? Do you want to work for one of the world's leading infrastructure and construction companies? Do you want a role that can offer long term career development prospects?
A global leader within the construction of new and existing airports. Due to the increased need to extend Heathrow's delivery capacity, a major portfolio of work will commence that will consist of varying civil and construction contracts, all being delivered under the NEC contract. In order to be able to deliver those contracts, they require a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and become an integral part of it. The contracts will initially range in value from £10m to £50m; however, with the new expansion planned, those schemes can be anything up to £2b per project size.
To start with, the role will be based on a highways project outside the airport, before moving on to another set of their Heathrow based works. Working under the guidelines of an experienced Senior Commercial Manager, the position will see you manage key packages of work. The company has an excellent career progression platform that offers long term prospects backed with the option to always work on varied and interesting infrastructure contracts.
