An exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK’s fastest growing, forward thinking and progressive contractors in the UK! Our client has seen exceptional growth over the past 5 years and is moving forward with their next phase of development, which is going to be driven by major growth sectors like renewables and power.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a key portfolio of projects being undertaken in the mentioned region. It will be made up of 3-5 different schemes, along with a requirement in time to oversee a single, larger based scheme.
- Work from pre-construction/design through to project handover.
- Report into the Framework Manager.
About You:
- Have the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong eye for commercial opportunity, but with attention to detail in terms of clients' needs.
- Degree qualified.
- Structured career history with a Tier 1 contractor.
