About Onsite
Onsite is a wellâestablished UK infrastructure contractor delivering specialist civil engineering and utility services across the water, rail, highways and energy sectors. The business operates on major utility frameworks, delivering critical infrastructure upgrades using modern, trenchless technologies. This role supports works delivered on the Thames Water network, contributing to essential wastewater and drainage improvement projects.
The Role
This is a fully onsite, handsâon leadership role. As UV Team Leader / Lining Foreman, you will lead and manage site crews delivering UV CIPP lining projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will be the main point of contact on site, coordinating daily activities, liaising with project managers, clients and contractors, and maintaining accurate site documentation. On standâdown days, you will be based at the West Drayton depot.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise UV lining crews on live sites
- Deliver UV CIPP lining works in line with programme and specifications
- Act as the primary onâsite liaison for project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure RAMS, permits and site documentation are completed and maintained
- Promote and enforce a strong health & safety culture
- Provide training, guidance and support to crew members
- Resolve site issues quickly to keep projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in UV CIPP lining or trenchless technologies
- Experience leading teams within the water or utilities sector
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site controls
- Confident communicator with good organisational skills
- Thames Water experience (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
