This is a flagship project in a prime London location, offering the right person the chance to take full ownership from early stages through to completion. Experience:- Solid experience delivering large residential projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- A proven track record of bringing complex schemes on time and within budget
- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to manage site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients and senior stakeholders
- A good working knowledge of health & safety and regulatory requirements
- Comfortable using project management and reporting tools
- Taking overall responsibility for the project and leading the delivery team
- Producing and managing programmes, budgets, and project plans
- Overseeing all stages of the build, from pre-construction through to handover
- Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
