- Producing regular financial reports and updates for senior management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Manager role within RC Frame and Groundworks.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including cost control and forecasting.
- Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
