We're looking for a Senior Category & Insights Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business strategy, unlocking growth opportunities, and ensuring our brands are built on compelling consumer, customer and category insight.
What you'll do
- Lead category strategy and vision across our portfolio
- Turn data and research into actionable commercial and marketing insights
- Influence senior stakeholders and shape key business decisions
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and R&D colleagues in the UK and across global markets, to drive growth and innovation
- Build compelling customer stories that strengthen our category position and partnerships
We're looking for someone who
- Has significant FMCG Category & Insights experience
- Combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Can turn complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations
- Has a proven track record of influencing customers and stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, ambitious growth environment
