The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The purpose of this role is to conduct analysis, testing, and coordinate allocated projects within the project portfolio. Working as part of a focused cross-functional Agile delivery team, there may be a requirement to cover duties for Product Managers/Owners and, in some cases, take on elements of the Product Owner role more permanently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Business Analysis across the organization, promoting understanding of the BA role.
- Demonstrate lateral leadership to enable the team to reach common goals.
- Be accountable for your own work delivery and facilitate that of others.
- Ensure analysis is conducted according to approved processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Foster a shared identity and culture within Business Analysis.
- Identify and proactively develop knowledge and skills based on strategic roadmaps and assigned work.
- Deliver KPI reports and support the creation and monitoring of new KPIs.
- Manage projects following agreed processes, encouraging others to do the same.

- Serve as an escalation point for project issues.
- Document business requirements and produce high-quality technical documentation.
- Lead the creation of Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria collaboratively.
- Critically assess stakeholder information, challenge where appropriate, and contribute to Business Cases.
- Support troubleshooting and support others effectively.
- Maintain a results-oriented mindset, focusing on revenues and costs, and seek optimization opportunities.
