Calabrio is seeking a Field Marketing Manager with experience of executing full marketing mix campaigns into both established and emerging markets. As a key member of the Global Revenue Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of International Marketing in the effective planning, management and reporting of regional marketing activities to drive pipeline growth for our international markets.

What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Execute and report on tactics within regional marketing plans that align with overall business and pipeline goals.
  • Manage event logistics and execution, including pre- and post-event communications, promotions, branded swag fulfillment, on-site staffing, and internal enablement for Sales teams
  • Develop and oversee local campaigns across marketing channels
  • Manage Salesforce campaign tracking, list uploads, email, landing page, webinar and other operational processes to ensure accurate measurement and lead handoff to Sales
  • Provide regular reporting of regional marketing tactics, identifying opportunities for improvement and putting into practice
  • Communicate tactic follow up with sales and BDR teams while closely monitoring progress of opportunities by tactic through sales stages
  • Communicate regularly with various stakeholders to gather inputs and support cross-functional initiatives
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budget process.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in regional, field or event marketing within a B2B environment
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience developing and managing campaigns across different geographical markets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing to enterprise Contact Center or IT departments
  • Additional language (spoken and written)
  • Basic understanding of a complex sales cycle and marketing funnel stages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate internal leaders/teams across functions
  • Marketing/CRM automation experience (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Salesforce, 6Sense)
  • Self-starter and a strong sense of teamwork
