We're looking for a Junior Producer to sit at the heart of our productions. From the first planning call to final delivery, you'll work alongside our producers, creatives, clients, and partners to bring photography and film shoots to life in some of the world's most beautiful destinations.
You'll see projects through end to end - helping shape ideas from initial concept all the way to the finished assets that reach the audiences of the brands and channels we work with. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, loves solving problems on the move, and wants a role where international shoots are part of the everyday rather than the exception.
Reports to: Senior Producer / Founders
What you'll do:
- Help drive photography and film productions from pre-production through to completion, learning the full process directly from our producers.
- Own pre-production logistics: schedules, itineraries, shoot documents, and project timelines.
- Keep post-production moving: tracking progress, coordinating client feedback, and getting final assets delivered.
- Be a key point of contact between clients, partners, talent, and the internal team.
- Travel to shoots and help productions run smoothly on location.
- Anticipate and solve logistical challenges before and during shoots.
- Take ownership of several projects at once, keeping every plate spinning.
Who you are:
We're open-minded about background – the right person matters more than a specific CV. You might come from production, events, hospitality, travel, project management, marketing, or a creative agency. Equally, you may be at the start of your career and looking to learn and grow within a close-knit team.
The qualities we value most:
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, so you can juggle multiple shoots and timelines without dropping a thing.
- Strong written and verbal communication for keeping clients, partners, and the team aligned.
- Calm and adaptable under pressure – when a shoot day changes, you're the one who finds the solution.
- A proactive, take-ownership mindset that thrives in a small, fast-moving team.
- Confidence building genuine relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Kindness, professionalism, and emotional intelligence – how we work matters as much as what we deliver.
- A genuine interest in travel, hospitality, photography, and film.
- Happy to travel internationally on a regular basis.
What we offer:
- Salary of £26,000–£32,000, depending on experience.
- 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Hybrid working from our London office, minimum two days a week in person.
- Regular international travel, roughly monthly across the year (all travel costs covered by Cala).
- Genuine responsibility from day one, with hands-on mentorship from the founders and wider team.
- The chance to work on productions in some of the world's most exceptional hotels and destinations.
- A collaborative environment where people are trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow.
- Clear opportunities for progression within a growing agency.
Our culture is something we're deeply proud of, and it forms the foundation of everything we do.
