Cala is a London based end to end production agency specialising in photography and film for the world's leading hotels, destinations, and travel brands. With roots in social and a background in visual storytelling, we bring together strategic thinking and intuitive creativity to capture not just what a place looks like, but how it feels to be there.
Before becoming a production agency, Cala was a creative partnership rooted in travel and photography. Sharing work with a community of more than 2 million followers on Instagram, we developed a visual style grounded in authenticity and a genuine sense of place. Over time, Cala organically grew into an end to end creative practice that is collaborative, intuitive, and designed to reflect the character of every project. Today, we partner with some of the world's leading hospitality brands, supporting productions from concept through to final delivery.

You may already have experience in styling, talent management, fashion, hospitality, events, production, or a related field.
