Junior Producer Type: Full time, permanent We're looking for a Junior Producer to sit at the heart of our productions. From the first planning call to final delivery, you'll work alongside our producers, creatives, clients, and partners to bring photography and film shoots to life in some of the world's most beautiful destinations. You'll see projects through end to end - helping shape ideas from initial concept all the way to the finished assets that reach the audiences of the brands and channels we work with. Reports to: Senior Producer / Founders Help drive photography and film productions from pre-production through to completion, learning the full process directly from our producers Own pre-production logistics: schedules, itineraries, shoot documents, and project timelines Keep post-production moving: tracking progress, coordinating client feedback, and getting final assets delivered Be a key point of contact between clients, partners, talent, and the internal team Travel to shoots and help productions run smoothly on location Take ownership of several projects at once, keeping every plate spinning You might come from production, events, hospitality, travel, project management, marketing, or a creative agency.
