As the Chief Technology Architect at Cala Homes, you will play a hands-on and pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology landscape. Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy and blueprint.
- Design and oversee the implementation of architecture designs across all technology sub-teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the technology team.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of technology solutions.

About You
- Proven experience in a senior technology architecture role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven experience of developing technical staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Relevant certifications in technology architecture or related fields are a plus.
