The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are currently looking to expand our Sales team and are recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join the team in our Southern region. The purpose of the Sales Progressor is to be an integral part of the regional sales team and would ideally suit someone who has experience of conveyancing through working within a solicitor's office or an estate agent.
Key Responsibilities
- The Sales Progressor will help ensure communication is being maintained between the Cala Homes’ nominated solicitor and the customers’ solicitor to strive to push all reservations to exchange of contracts in a timely manner.
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents and IFAs when necessary monitoring and tracking each plot sale on Salesforce.
- To assist the Sales Managers in responding to legal enquiries as and when they are raised.
- The Sales Progressor will be in regular contact with the onsite sales teams reviewing the progression of plots and chains as and when required.
- Report to the Senior Management team any plots considered to be at risk and to provide updates as and when required.
- To review and approve Exchange Authorities.
- Assisting the Sales Managers with extensions to exchange deadlines.
- Assisting with the progression of Part Exchange buy-in properties.
- Ensure the Salesforce Progression reports are kept up to date and accessible to all the Sales Managers.
- Review the Cala nominated Solicitors and IFAs and their performance and provide feedback to the Sales Management Team and Director when required.
- Manage any enquiries that are raised in relation to onward sales of previous Cala Plots.
- To be responsible for the preparation of Legal Set Up Meetings, to include the completion of the Legal Set Up Forms and compiling the documentation required for Contract Packs to be issued once a site launches. This will require the Sales Progressor to liaise with different departments within Cala and to work closely with the nominated Site Set Up Solicitor.
