The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 Β£ per year.
We are expanding our Sales team and are recruiting for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in our Chiltern region.
Using your negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales whilst ensuring the effective, efficient and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via our on-site IT systems. You will have the skills of selling homes, along with experience of delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to use multiple IT platforms.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Managing the database to maximise engagement
- Meeting customers and guiding them through the specification of the property and development
- Assisting them through the purchasing and handover process
- Ensuring excellent presentation of the development at all times
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the buying process
- Carrying out market research and collating reports for the sales management team
- Contributing to team discussions with ideas to ensure that all sales targets are met
Awareness of the industry in general is advantageous as you will be expected to keep your knowledge of key factors up to date.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential, as are excellent listening skills, adapting your communication style to suit individuals and different media. You will also have experience of Microsoft Office packages and be confident and capable in utilising IT systems, as effective management of the onsite database is key to the role. Previous new homes sales experience is required and a passion, enthusiasm and a demonstrated flair for selling is necessary. Weekend working and flexibility is a requirement, as is a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
