We are expanding our Sales team and are recruiting for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Basingstoke.
Responsibilities
- Use negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales while ensuring the accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via on-site IT systems.
- Have previous experience in luxury branded sales in a housebuilding environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meet customers, guide them through the property specification and assist them through the purchasing and handover process.
- Ensure the development is presented to a high standard at all times and provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process.
- Carry out market research and collate reports for the sales management team; contribute ideas to help meet sales targets and keep up-to-date with industry factors.
About You / Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to individuals and different media.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems; effective management of the on-site database.
- Previous new homes sales experience; a demonstrated passion and flair for selling.
- Weekend working and flexibility; full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; highly motivated, target-driven and able to meet essential criteria.
