    • Attend and contribute to project team meetings, working closely with the in‑house Construction team to support on‑site compliance, resolve technical queries, and ensure designs are correctly implemented during construction.
  • Planning & Sustainability
    • Support the preparation and progression of planning applications, incorporating energy‑efficient and sustainable design principles where appropriate, in line with Cala values, regulatory requirements, and project aspirations.
  • Drawing Review & Technical Assurance
    • Coordinate, review, and manage architectural and technical drawings throughout all stages of the construction lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Building Standards, NHBC requirements, and Cala quality expectations.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement
    • Work alongside external consultants, building control bodies, suppliers, and clients, attending and leading meetings and public information sessions as required to support the successful delivery of multiple projects.
