The Role You will provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will act as a first point of contact for HR queries, support employee relations processes and ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with Northern Ireland employment legislation.
