The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer who wants genuine technical influence, exposure to meaningful projects, and the opportunity to shape how work is delivered within a well‑established Civil & Structural consultancy.

You will play a key role in the design leadership and delivery of civil engineering projects across Northern Ireland and beyond, working with a respected team known for technical quality, pragmatic design and long‑standing client relationships.

The Role

You will be responsible for the civil engineering design and delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio, spanning both the public and private sectors. Projects typically range from £1m‑£20m, with occasional larger schemes up to £40m, offering a mix of technical challenge, scale and variety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the civil engineering design and delivery of infrastructure and development projects
• Managing the full project lifecycle from concept and planning through to detailed design, construction and completion
