The Graduate Sustainability Engineer role will be working in a team which is a leading provider of sustainable assessment solutions, specialising in services such as BREEAM assessment and simulations using cutting-edge software like IESVE.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join this dynamic team. As a Graduate Sustainability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of sustainable assessment whilst working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in conducting sustainable assessments using methodologies such as BREEAM.
- Use software tools like IESVE for simulations and analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to perform embodied carbon calculations using tools like OneClickLCA.
- Support senior staff in project management and client communication.
- Participate in training programs to become a certified BREEAM Assessor.
- Contribute to research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing our sustainable assessment services.
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture, Geography, Maths or related field.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience or familiarity with sustainable assessment methodologies.
