Cala Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturer within the PVC window and door sector for a Sales Executive to cover the Irish market. The ideal candidate will be based mid or South Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a respected business with a strong product offering and an established presence in the market. The successful candidate will focus on developing relationships with trade customers, maintaining existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across Ireland. This role will suit someone with strong field sales experience in a similar company or equivalent, a good understanding of the construction or building products sector, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales throughout South of Ireland
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing trade customers
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Promote the company’s range of PVC window and door products
  • Conduct regular customer visits and territory planning
  • Prepare quotations and support customers with product enquiries
  • Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer needs
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity and pipeline opportunities
Essential
  • Previous sales experience in a field-based or territory sales role in South of Ireland
  • Experience selling to trade customers
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a territory effectively
  • Full clean driving license
  • Willingness to travel across Ireland
