Cala Consulting are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for their Craigavon based manufacturing client.

The company & the opportunity:

Working with an established company with multiple sites you will be part of the customer services team. This role will answer queries from the wide range of regular customers.

The role:

  • First point of contact for existing customer base
  • Receiving enquiries and orders via email and phone
  • Liaising with different departments to resolve any issues / enquiries
  • Responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Technical assistance to customers (training will be provided)

Experience required:

  • Strong customer service skills and previous experience of working in a customer facing environment solving issues and answering queries
  • Be professional, punctual, extremely organised and efficient
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills and IT Skills
  • Be consistent and accurate in all duties
  • Be flexible in relation to overtime
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous sales/customer service experience a distinct advantage
  • Work well as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Customer focused with a strong attention to detail

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm
