This company is a full-service MEP design consultancy that works on a wide range of projects throughout the UK and Ireland including residential, commercial, hotels and retail. This is an amazing opportunity for a Graduate to join a well-established, highly successful consultancy practice with a strong pipeline of work. You will get the opportunity to develop your existing skills, shadow Senior Mechanical Design Engineers, and join a company that is committed to supporting your ongoing development.
The role & skills required:
- Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for assisting the engineering team with a range of duties.
- The company is keen to attract design engineers with integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to learn about building services engineering.
- Comfortable with learning to use 3D computer drawing packages.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to participate and enhance your collaboration skills by working with other construction professionals (Architects, Structural Engineers, Interior Designers etc.).
- Confident to attend building sites to liaise with the construction team.
- Intermittent requirements to travel to attend sites throughout NI & UK.
