The Role

This is a hands-on, physically demanding job in a fast-paced factory environment. You\’ll be operating and cleaning large-scale mixing equipment to prepare batches for production, following precise recipes and strict hygiene procedures.

You\’ll also carry out cleaning and maintenance between runs using jet washes, vacuums, and specialist tools to keep our equipment in top condition and our workspace spotless. Attention to detail is Vital.

What You\’ll Be Doing

· Operating industrial mixers and associated production equipment.

· Weighing, measuring, and loading bulk ingredients accurately.

· Monitoring mixing times, speeds, and consistency.

· Deep cleaning machinery between product runs using jet washes, vacuums, and power tools.

· Working in a warm, sometimes dusty, wet, or confined-space environment.

· Following HACCP, COSHH, and food safety regulations at all times.

· Maintaining detailed records of batch data. What We\’re Looking For

· Experience in a food manufacturing or industrial mixing role.

· Knowledge of H&S and COSHH procedures.

· Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and PPE.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Physically fit and able to work in warm, fast-moving factory conditions.

· A positive, hardworking attitude – willing to get stuck in and work as part of a close-knit team.
