We help companies bring their brand to life through creative, custom treats for workplace experiences, corporate events and client gifting. We work directly with workplace and event managers at the likes of Netflix, Amazon and Meta, as well as partnering with contract caterers and marketing agencies, to create memorable treat-led experiences, and are looking to build our brand and scale our business across the UK. About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Field Sales Manager to win new customers and grow CakeDrop’s client base. Working closely with the Founder and CRO, you'll build relationships with customers, to understand how they can use CakeDrop to provide special moments for their teams, clients and events. You’ll be creating and pitching proposals to secure orders for events and recurring client initiatives. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to be incredibly hands on, and who loves building relationships. Everyone loves a sweet treat and that’s what you’ll be offering - something fun, unique and very delicious!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting customers to understand their business, in particular how frequently they could use CakeDrop, why and for what reason
- Test and deliver different sales initiatives, to secure meetings with target prospects, and turn them into active customers
- Deliver sales pitches online and in person
- Work with the Founder and CRO to build and execute a sales strategy
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Manage all customer communications in Hubspot

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years in a B2B commercial role
- Ideally someone who has worked with office managers / workplace teams
- Experienced in proactively contacting and selling to customers
- A can do attitude, who’s proactive and not reactive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly build customer relationships
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot ideally)
- Clear communication skills with the ability to deliver proposals
- Organised and confident to work autonomously
- Networks within Office Management or Events sectors are a bonus
