About the Role:
Cake Create is looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to support our busy café and bakery. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.
Key Duties:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, pastries, and light snacks
- Provide excellent customer service and take orders
- Assist with catering setup and service for events
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and equipment
- Work closely with the team during busy periods
- Follow food safety and health & safety guidelines
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in hospitality or food prep preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work well under pressure with good attention to detail
- Bartending/restaurant experience is a bonus
- Positive and proactive team player
- Experience making coffee is essential for this role - and will only be moving forward with applicants who have this experience.
